How can I track down my late father's old Volvo?

I'm looking for a Volvo Amazon (BEP 102C) that belonged to my late dad who always regretted selling it. I'd like to bring it back into the family. How can I find out if it's still alive?

The car is still showing up on the DVLA database so there's a chance it could still be alive. The next thing to do would be to contact the Volvo Owners' Club (www.volvoclub.org.uk/) and the Volvo Enthusiasts' Club (www.volvoenthusiastsclub.co.uk/) to see if the car is known to them.
