BLMC WOES
At Cowley, Oxford, the company had to send home 2,000 employees at its assembly factory, where production has been upset because of a strike at the Wilmot Breeden components plant in Birmingham. They will be back at work next week, as will the Wilmot Breeden strikers themselves, following talks in Birmingham yesterday.
