A dispute at Joseph Lucas causes problems

Production of Jaguars at Coventry has been stopped and 1,500 workers made idle. Both Rover and British Leyland's Austin-Morris division are storing unfinished cars. Standard Triumph intends to try to keep going in Coventry on a day-to-day basis.
