R.W. Grice and F.R.W. England are appointed Joint Managing Directors at Jaguar. Arthur Whittaker, deputy chairman, is to relinquish his executive duties because of ill health but continue as non-executive deputy chairman.
Because of Mr Whittaker's decision, Mr J. McMillan, executive director of group supplies, joins the board as director of group purchasing.
