At around 1 am in Sir Donald Stokes St James, London flat, Joseph Edwards (BMH) agrees to the BMH-Leyland merger.
At 10 am there is another BMH-Leyland meeting held in the offices of the Industrial Re-organisation Committee.
Among those present are Sir George Harriman, Joseph Edwards and Ronald Lucas from BMH and Lewis Whyte from Leyland.
