BMC MEMO
From : BMC chief buyer J.A. Greatorex
To : Longbridge Works Manager W.H. Davis
Subject : ADO50
I am raising the ADO50 project with you because I have been told that it is expected to commence production on a programme figure of 20 per week in March, which will mean obtaining supplies from outside sources in February.
Owing to the fact that the project has not yet been authorised no action whatsoever can be taken in either ordering tools or supplies at the present time and unless something is done fairly quickly there will only be a very slim chance of doing anything to meet such a target.
