Took my Vito here with a steering issue and was told I needed new drop links, tracking and camber adjustments, all fluids replaced and the rear gearbox mounting replaced amounting to £550. They charged me £54 for looking over the vehicle. I was sceptical and took it to Mercedes who told me none of this needed doing! Complained to cs and received a cheque and apology - the cheque bounced!

Always friendly and efficient I got a date for my servicing asap The service was fast, professional and of a high standard more than equal to the dealership garage (Mercedes) The pricing was very competitive As a woman my questions of the mechanics about my car were all answered respectfully and fully. I can't say how many times in the past I have been patronised by surly mechanics.
