Honda Legend
58 cars tested, with 32 failing their MoT test, for an overall failure rate of 55.2%

This is a surprise, but then, all first generation Legends sold here were built in Cowley, and reportedly were not up to Honda's usual quality standards. The Legend is also a complex car with lots on it that goes wrong - but the main killers seem to be suspension and brakes.
