There might be hundreds of cars to admire at the NEC Classic - but there are also dozens of cars to buy. Many classic car dealers bring a selection of vehicles to the show and they can sell very quickly indeed. We’ve picked out a cross section of the models on offer - although this year the selection was smaller than it has been in the past.

1987 Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2 - £47,750

As ever, Porsche 911s are commanding higher and higher prices - but this is still very steep. Having said that, the seller is including a huge number of maintenance and restoration bills amounting to £65,000 - so perhaps £47,750 isn’t so much after all?
