1967 Wolseley Hornet

One of just 28,000 Hornets built during the smallest Wolseley’s eight-year run, this Mini-derived saloon seems like a great project. There’s obviously some panel corrosion, and its suspension looks like it’s seen better days, but the car appears to be sound and complete. It’s had just two owners from new and comes with its original bill of sale (showing the sale price of £615) and handbook. If the auctioneers are correct, it can be yours for somewhere in the region of £2000 to £2500 – at which level it’s probably great value.
