Excellent car, ticks all the boxes

Have this on a two year lease deal. The dealer had advertised the price as including vat but when I enquired it was actually before vat was added. However the dealer agreed to supply at the advertised price so I bagged a bargain!

The car is good to drive, refined and very practical. Averaging 44mpg over the first 10k miles with mixed driving. Tyre pressures set between the normal and comfort settings to give optimal ride on standard 18” wheels. Test drove one with optional 19” wheels and felt it had too harsh a ride.

Excellent equipment levels, space, very comfortable leather seats, and very quiet. The only thing I could find fault with Seat is the lack of an option to have a heated steering wheel.

I would have been happy to replace this with another Ateca when my lease ends in six months .However rather disappointingly Seat have changed the model line up and if you want the top specification model you have to have 19” wheels and it does not come with full leather seats. Consequently I have looked elsewhere and managed to bag another lease bargain so will be driving a BMW 218 Gran Tourer M Sport Auto for £1200 less over two years compared to the Ateca.
