Mk1 fiesta barn find. Bought it as a project with rose tinted glasses of my first car then I decided to get a degenerative illness. This car is wicked to drive! Great fun even with 4 gears. She runs best it’s the choke out a couple of millimetres but you don’t notice. The engine is original leaded petrol but I’ve got some great mix to add each time to convert unleaded and it’s only around £30 a tank, that tank also lasts for ages. The engine has been taken apart and cleaned, with the following done; Spark plugs HT leads Distributor cap Carburettor Rocker cover Gasket Air filter Oil filter Oil Battery Ignition points Breaks Fuel tank stripped and re lined The body work needs some love but it’s pretty good. We think it was in a orange once as you can see from the wheel arch photos but there is absolutely no structural damage. The rear lights have a crack but I’d bought replacements to change. I’d also brought a £1000 worth of replacement seat upholstery as the current upholstery is definitely on the old side. The crome bumpers are lovely. But the radio is missing from the centre console. The crime window beading needs to be put back on but the internal panels are lovely. I’d started colour matching and getting filler ready but again illness got in the way. She’s a great car and I’m well sad I can’t see it through. Would like to sell before I start drug trials. Based in Sw16 London, collection only
