Citroen ID19 - LHD Mechanically excellent with no rust and perfect bodywork. The simpler version of a Citroen DS. Originally registered as 9367 VG 63 in Auvergne, on 25th January 1962. In Bleu Pacifique. As a 1962 Model Year ID, it is one of the first to have the high pressure brakes, but one of the last to have the manual ignition timing control on the dash, and the B pillar parking lights. Imported to the UK in 2011. Tub restoration and undersealing in 2015. Since 2018 over £17k spent on: A professional panel off respray including rebuilding of door panels and front wings. Rebuilt door panels and cards. Complete rebuild of suspension system including new spheres front and back, all new rubbers and refurbished tank. New clutch and gearbox rebuild. Period Marchal foglights The interior features red velour seats and the rebuilt door cards. At some point, the dash top and rear parcel shelf have been covered in snakeskin. Includes a rebuilt Reela Djinn period radio. Comes with folder full of receipts. A Citroen ID where all the worrisome bits have been sorted
