My Volkswagen Golf has lost power after I changed an injector - why?

I recently replaced my Volkswagen Golf TDi's head gasket because I had a water leak. Prior to this I had a problem with misfiring and replaced injector two, because it came up on the scanner. Since replacing the injector I seem to have lost power. I have also replaced the injector loom. Any ideas what the next part maybe?

This could be a number of things. Contaminated fuel, a blocked fuel filter or low fuel pressure.
