I’m after some help with my fiesta mk2

The clutch seems fine not to soft
Not to firm operates ok , the gear rod seems to move fine underneath, but no drive it’s a 4-speed manual, so when clutch put down , gears selected , and clutch up there’s no gears evident , need some help to get little fez back on the road
