Rob Walker Racing celebrated
Twenty cars from the life and career of F1 privateer Rob Walker starred at the Revival, including this mint 1962 Facel Vega Facel 11. A common sight in the pits and paddocks around Europe, this 6.3 litre French GT was Walker's daily driver during the mid-1960s. It also featured a number of special modifications, which included a ‘slow speedometer’ that would water down the car's actual speed so Walker's wife wouldn't be frightened by his driving when accompanying him to Grand Prix weekends.
