This 1986 BMW E28 M5 features in Barons Classic Car Auction at Sandown Park on 16th July. Viewing today from 3pm-7pm and from 9am Tuesday 16th, with the auction itself starting at 1pm on Tuesday.

The very rare 1986 BMW E28 M5 was originally built as a hgh spec Press Car. It is finished in a special Blue/Black Metallic and has been taken back to as close to showroom condition as possible, including the interior leather. The a/c was even rebuilt to run on later R134a refrigerant. Estimated at £39,000 to £46,000.

Alfa GT Junior 1973 Barons

This 1973 Alfa Romeo GT 1600 Junior is an Italian built, UK supplied GT Junior and a wolf in sheep's clothing having been fitted with a much later 2.0 litre fuel injected Twin-Spark engine for performance to match the legendary fine handling. Underneath is Alfaholics fast road suspension and it sits on Alfaholics GTA replica 15”x7” alloy wheels. Historic, so no VED. It is estimated at £14,000 to £18,000.

VW Type 2 Bay Window Camper 1972 Barons

The 1972 VW T2 'Bay Window' has undergone a full restoration with full back to bare metal welding; new panels, parts and repairs done where needed. As many original parts as possible have been retained. The engine is still original and runs well and the interior is fully restored with fridge/freezer, sink/tap and fittings, 2 gas hobs, new cabinets, removable slide-along table, buddy seat, new rock and roll bed, touch lighting, new leisure battery, 240 mains hook up, USB ports, 12 volt power outlet, plug socket, new curtains all around, new relevating roof. VED exempt. It is estimated at £22,000 to £27,000.

MGB Roadster 1971 Barons

Reasonable value for money, this VED exempt 1971 Tartan Red MGB has a fully rebuilt engine, new sills, new front wings, new rear lower wings and the doors are in very good condition. The hood was replaced in 2007. It features early-style easy clean steel wheels with plain chrome hubcaps. Estimated at £7,000 to £9,000.
