Barons to hold one-off Ford auction

A one-off auction featuring classic Fords will take place at The International Ford Show in April. From Anglias to Zephyrs, Mexicos to Mustangs, auction house Barons is expecting a record-breaking selection at Sandown Park, Surrey, on Saturday, 30 April.

A first of its kind for Barons, 60 of Ford’s finest will go under the gavel. And it means how visitors will be able to engage in the fast and frantic nature of a live auction. Owners who have a classic Ford to sell are invited to enter their vehicle in the sale.

Tim Gascoigne, from Barons auctions, said: ‘We are extremely pleased to have been asked to run an auction at The International Ford Show. I’m sure all Ford enthusiasts will enjoy the spectacle, and hopefully one or two will put their hands in their pockets and buy something.’

Barons has been selling classic cars for 18 years and has more 30 years of combined expertise via directors Tony Cavell and Peter Gascoigne, both of whom are highly regarded classic car enthusiasts who are just as happy fettling cars under the bonnet as they are selling them.

Advance tickets for the show itself are available now, priced at £10 per person for single day access, or £20 for the weekend (up to two children below the age of 14 go free with each paying adult).
