Restoring brakes on an old car

I am restoring a 1965 Morris Minor. All brake cylinders have been replaced due to corrosion. Should I use this opportunity to change to silicone based DOT 5? The car won't be used much and will be garaged.

Need to change all seals as well of switching to DOT 5.
