Nothing too harsh. Soap and water work best - and don't clean them after a drive as you risk damaging the brakes. They're incredibly difficult to clean, I've heard of people using leaf blowers on them. Once they're clean and dry, polish to protect them - again, this can be a fiddle but once you've done this they're easier to keep clean on a regular basis.
