British Aerospace P.L.C. will go ahead with its takeover of Rover Group P.L.C. despite conditions the European Community's Executive Commission has imposed on the deal, the Government said. The commission on Wednesday approved the takeover on the condition that the British Government cut by $428 million the amount of cash the Government is to inject simultaneously into the state-owned auto maker.
