Two sales appointments are announced by the newly created Leyland Motor Corporation, formed last week to impose an overall supervision and policy control over its 60 subsidiary companies. Mr J. D. Slater, commercial director of A.E.C. Ltd., has been appointed deputy to Mr D. G. Stokes, sales director of the Leyland Motor Corporation, and Mr B. C. Baker, sales secretary of Leyland Motors Ltd., becomes sales commercial manager of the Corporation.
