FROM OUR CORRESPONDENT
WOLVERHAMPTON, MARCH 29

The unofficial strike at Joseph Sankey and Sons Ltd., Bilston, Staffordshire, which has lasted a week, ended today when the 600 workers voted to return after the management promised to reopen wage talks. The factory will be working normally tomorrow. The company makes vehicle pressings, bumpers, suspension units, and bumper bars.

The British Motor Corporation said that production of Minicars and vans, which had been held ug by the Sankey strike, would be resumed progressively from last night. Altogether 3,000 B.M.C. workers had been made idle by the stoppage.
