B.M.C. BACK TO FIVE-DAY WEEK.
Nearly all the British Motor Corporation's labour force of 60,000 workers are now back on a five-day week, it was announced yesterday.
ROVER STRIKERS TO BE URGED TO RETURN
Inspectors at one of the Rover Motor Company's Birmingham factories who have been on strike for more than a month over a bonus pay dispute are to be recommended to resume work immediately: A Rover company official said a basis for settlement had been reached at talks at national level in London yesterday.
