Discovered rust on my Passat - what are my legal rights?

I bought a 2009 Volkswagen Passat estate from a local dealer a couple of weeks ago. However I subsequently noticed small blisters of rust on the B pillars of both the driver's and rear passenger's doors. I am wondering what the dealer should do to correct this? What my rights are if they refuse?

The dealer has to fix this and because you have found the fault within 28 days of buying the car you can threaten to reject it under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
