Which small car is best over speed bumps?

Which small car (Fiesta size) has the softest suspension and a long enough wheelbase to cope with speed bumps?

A Fiesta on 14-inch wheels with 195/65 tyres. Or a Citroen C3 similarly equipped. Or, for really rough stuff, a jacked up Dacia Sandero Stepway.
