Is this a good deal?

I'm planning to buy a 2010 Ford Mondeo 2.0 EcoBoost with 11,000 miles from a dealer asking £10,995. Is that a good price?

What should I expect part exchange for my 2004 Mondeo 2.5 V6, with 102,000 miles in good overall condition?
