My Honda Insight Hybrid suffers from a harsh ride - what can I do?

I purchased a new Honda Insight Hybrid in July 2011. My previous car was a Mercedes C-200. I am finding the ride somewhat harder than my previous car. Is there anything one can do to improve the harder ride?

If your insight is on 16-inch alloy wheels with 185/55 SR16 tyres, then swap them for the 15-inch alloy wheels with 175/65 R15 tyres from the SE model.
