Why do claims agents keep calling me and encouraging me to make a claim?

I am concerned with the cold calls that I am now receiving from claims agents who are trying so hard to get me to make a claim that would be on my own insurance. What I do not understand is how my insurance company can benefit from this. I should appreciate it very much if you could please explain?

I cannot explain. Like why bankers can ruin the country yet still get huge bonuses. Or how an IFA can rip me off for £30,000 of my pension. Or why a commercial break in DAVE is crammed with compensation claim advertisers and other rip off merchants. This sort of thing is completely beyond my comprehension. But then, I do not run the country.
