I much prefer my Honda Jazz EX CVT to the i-shift I had before.

A Honda Jazz update for you. After owning my ES I-Shift for two years, I have changed it for an EX CVT. I didn't find the I-Shift as bad as some obviously did, but I have to say that the new EX CVT is a revelation after driving the I-Shift. Not only in the transmission department, but, apparently, the car has been updated with many changes, and feels so much better than the other one. Very highly recommended.

Yes, that's exactly what I thought too. It's a really nice car now. Test and video here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/carbycar/honda/jazz-hybrid-20.../

I'd like to give some praise to Honda. My wife bought her Honda Jazz CVT-7 a full six years ago, when it was one year old. It has been an excellent car, with no problems until 3 months ago when we noticed...
Is a five-eight year old Honda Jazz with CVT-7 worth consideration, or better to go for the manual version - or a similar age Vauxhall Corsa?

Neatly styled. Increased room and better performance than original Jazz. better to drive. Very versatile. CVT-7 returned in February 2011 replacing i-SHIFT. More reliable than first generation Jazz.
