Mr Softy

I would like to know what reasonably-priced cars have a soft suspension as my wife has back problems.

The new Renault Megane and the new Vauxhall Astra on 15" wheels with 195/65 R15 tyres are best of the Focus class. Smaller, the Citroen C3 Picasso on 195/55 R15 tyres and Nissan Note on 185/65 R14 tyres are good (and easy to get in and out of). Smaller still, the forthcoming new Citroen C3 (arriving February 2010) rides best of the superminis.
