The Subaru BRAT (from the catchy acronym for Bi-drive Recreational All-terrain Transporter) was based on the Leone, and has gone on to become more well-known and sought after than the original. But then as pick-ups, the little BRAT is a great looking piece of equipment, and is underpinned by Subaru's brilliant all-wheel drive hardware. Popular back in the day, thanks to a strong following in the farming community, but rare now - but they are out there, and when these mini-El Caminos come up for sale, they can be bought for a realistic sum of money.
